NOTICE OF AFFIDAVIT AND APPLICATION FOR DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:

You are hereby notified that on the 23 day of May, 2019, an Affidavit and Application for Decree of Distribution was filed as Probate No. 2019-28-DC, in the District Court, Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, Wyoming, pertaining to real property interest located in T19N, R63W, 6th P.M.: Sec 3: SESW, SWSE, and Sec. 10: NE/4, E2NW, Goshen County, Wyoming.  In the Application, Shaun James claims the mineral interests owned by the Decedent. Any action to set aside the Application must be filed in the above Court within thirty days from the date of the first publication of this notice.
