REQUEST FOR CONSTRUCTION
MANAGER-AT-RISK QUALIFICATIONS

Goshen Care Center Joint Powers Board (BOARD) invites your response to this request for qualifications to provide Construction Manager-At-Risk (CMAR) services to build Evergreen Plaza Assisted Living Facility:
Construction of a new, approximately 30-unit, 27,500 SF assisted living facility adjacent to Evergreen Court and has an estimated construction budget of ~$6.5 million. The proposed site is located at East D Street and East 20th Avenue, in Torrington, Wyoming. Facility will include living units, food preparation, dining, other community spaces, and a physical link to the existing care facility, as well as parking, sidewalks, and landscaping.
A contract for preconstruction services will be awarded to a firm with the qualifications best suited for this BOARD project.
In order to be considered, completed CMAR Qualification Statements must arrive at Goshen County Economic Development Corporation (GCEDC); 110 West 22nd Avenue, Torrington, WY 82240 by close of business May 27, 2019. Provide three hard copies and one electronic copy of your response.
Selection will be in accordance with Wyoming Law (W.S. 16-6-701 through 16-6-708). The selected firm must have the ability to comply with the residency and preference requirements imposed under W.S. 16-6-101 through 16-6-107 in the procurement of subcontractors and materials. This is not a request for Proposal. Goshen Care Center Joint Powers Board is not obligated by this announcement to award any contract.
