Goshen County School District #1 is requesting bid proposals for the replacement of exterior windows in the Lingle Fort Laramie High School, 404 3rd. Street, Lingle, Wyoming 82223, including removal of existing windows and frames, placement of new windows in existing openings, removal and reinstallation of existing window blinds to remain and associated work at head, jambs and sills in Lingle, Wyoming 82223. Bid Documents will be available on the School Facilities Department website (http://sfd.wyo.gov/projects/process) under the Projects tab on February 27, 2019.
A pre-bid meeting, not mandatory, will be held at the Lingle Fort Laramie High School located at 404 3rd. Street, Lingle, Wyoming 82223 at 2:00 pm on March 15, 2019. Bids will be accepted until March 26, 2019, 3:00 pm. Mail or hand deliver bids to: Goshen County School District #1, Attn: Marcy Cates, Business Manager, 626 West 25th Avenue, Torrington, WY 82240. Goshen County School District #1 reserves the right to reject any or all RFP submittals, to waive any irregularities in any bid, or to accept any bid which will best serve the interests of the Owner. Preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, equipment, agricultural products, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied or grown in Wyoming, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside the state.
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the date set for the opening thereof.
