PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE

That Thomas Burkard died on the 27th day of November, 2018 in Goshen County, Wyoming.
That Doris L. Fernandes, Ruth E. Karcher, and Patricia A. Barthel, heirs of the deceased, on the 8th day of February, 2019, filed in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, State of Wyoming, Docket # PR-2019-7-DC, their Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to W.S.§ 2-1-201 and 2-1-205, praying that the Court adjudge the following described property be distributed to-wit:

Real Property: Lingle OT Block 06 Lot 02 North 50’
Personal Property: All Firearms owned by Decedent; Points West Bank Account No. ****0859; Points West Bank Account No. ****1453; Mobile Home: 1972 Nasha 10 x 41; 1993 Toyota VIN 4TARN01P1PZ074145; Camper Trailer VIN 75 16 519; Wyrulec Checks (2).      
That the said Application has been set down for hearing before the Court at the District Courtroom, Goshen County Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming, at 8:30 o’clock a.m., on the 21st      day of March, 2019, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of the relief;
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter into Decree of Distribution setting over the above described real property as set forth above.
