GOSHEN COUNTY – Three new COVID-19 cases resulting in two hospitalizations have been reported by Goshen County Public Health.
According to a press release, all three cases were confirmed by laboratory testing. Two individuals, identified as a man in his early 70s and a man in his late 60’s, are hospitalized. The third, a man in his mid-60’s, did not require hospitalization as of Wednesday.
All three were symptomatic at the time of diagnosis. They all live in Torrington.
This brings the number of active cases in Goshen County to 10. To date, 19 people in Goshen County have been diagnosed with the novel coronavirus.
Wyoming Department of Public Health is responding and investigating the new cases. High-risk contacts will be notified of any potential exposure, according to the release.
