12:20 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East F Street, Torrington – Caller reported three individuals standing on the corner, two males with dark hair and a woman with blond, poofy hair, looks like they have beer bottles.
1:30 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Road 37, Lingle – Caller reported an underage party with lots of cars and drinking; caller requested to remain anonymous.
7:36 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Road 47, Torrington – Caller reported retrieved vehicle from an impound in Colorado after his wife was arrested driving the car; Reported finding various drug paraphernalia and requested an officer with a drug dog to search the vehicle further.
