11:35 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East F Street, Torrington – Possible theft of construction tools.

12:45 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Haines Street, Torrington – Back windshield broken out.

1:26 p.m. – Alarm, East 30th Avenue, Torrington – Burglar alarm.

8:41 p.m. – Vandalism, Hope Road, Torrington – Caller requested to speak to an officer referencing vandalism.

May 4

2:07 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East N Street, Torrington – Two males, appears all wearing black.

11:02 a.m. – Disturbance, West 20th Avenue, Torrington – Caller reported her boyfriend was following her; allegedly he tried to take her phone.

2:40 p.m. – Animal call, East Valley Road, Torrington – Caller reported a small black dog with a red harness locked in a car without the windows open.

4:01 p.m. – Driving under the influence, officer initiated, U.S. Hwy. 26-85, Torrington – Subject arrested.

May 5

8:52 a.m. – Animal call, East G Street, Torrington – Cat problems in the neighborhood.

10:33 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Campbell Drive and Crook Drive, Torrington – Caller was concerned about a small boy walking around by himself.

2:03 p.m. – Civil problem, East C Street, Torrington – Report of old, black Monte Carlo, ran into neighbor’s fence, then left.

2:43 p.m. – Larceny, State Hwy. 161, Torrington – Possible break-in at old farm house.

4:41 p.m. – Juvenile problem, East 17th Avenue, Torrington – Officer initiated; out with children playing with a car in the street.

7:53 p.m. – Disturbance, Haines Street, Torrington – Caller requested assistance to have people removed from her property.

9:09 p.m. – Disturbance, West C Street, Torrington – Two females fighting.

11:50 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, West B Street, Torrington – Officer flagged down; Report of possible prowler in the area; Gone on arrival.

8:30 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, West 19th Avenue, Torrington – Car with a broken windshield.

5:28 p.m. – Assist the public, West C Street and West Valley Road, Torrington – Report of the train caution arms going up and down; No train in area.

5:58 p.m. – Animal call, East A Street, Torrington – Kitten found in a dumpster.

7:33 p.m. – Traffic violations, State Hwy. 156, Torrington – Report of dogs running in and out of traffic.

9:27 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, West Valley Road, Torrington – Manager allowed someone to get fuel that morning; Subject hadn’t returned to pay for the fuel.

3:30 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, West B Street, Torrington – Window screen to bedroom window gone.

4:25 p.m. – Motor vehicle accident, State Hwy. 154, Torrington – Single-vehicle; Car drove into a field and ran over an irrigation pipe; No injuries.

7:35 a.m. – Assist the public, West A Street, Torrington – Report of people piling stuff up on the side of the dumpsters.

1:30 p.m. – Vandalism, East I Street, Torrington – Vandalism to storage shed.

3:05 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, State Hwy. 156, Torrington – Property discovered missing; Requested extra patrol during the nights.

9:32 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle, East Valley Road, Torrington – Report of a small black car behind the vehicle with an unknown male in the vehicle.

10:38 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East Valley Road, Torrington – Red car, missing driver-side mirror; Report it almost hit another vehicle; Citation issued for reckless driving.

2:23 p.m. – Weed violations, East C Street, Torrington – Multiple reports; Unable to complete incidents.
