7:39 a.m. – Assist the public, East 22nd Avenue, Torrington – Officer needed to sign for insurance cards.
10:03 a.m. – Alarm, East P Street, Torrington – False alarm; student pulled fire alarm.
12:04 p.m. – Reddi, U.S. Hwy. 85, Torrington – Black truck, southbound on highway, report of a young male hanging out of the truck on the vehicle.
12:43 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East Fort Street, Fort Laramie – Caller believes a shed was broken in to.
4:35 p.m. – Assist the public, East 30th Avenue, Torrington – Report of a little boy walking on the street; unknown if child lives in the area.
7:28 p.m. – Violation of city water use, East F Street, Torrington – Water pipe broken on the back side of trailer house; contacted manager, will respond.
May 25
12:23 a.m. – Suspicious person, West Valley Road, Torrington – Out with unidentified individual; black shirt on a bicycle.
9:34 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East 25th Avenue, Torrington – Male subject riding a motorcycle on the walking path.
12:06 p.m. – Motor vehicle accident, East Valley Road, Torrington – Caller was in the drive thru and someone hit her car; no injuries.
2:23 p.m. – Assist the public, East 22nd Avenue, Torrington – Caller requested to speak with an officer concerning false reporting.
3:01 p.m. – Reddi, U.S. Hwy. 85, Torrington – Report of two sport utility vehicle passing multiple vehicles at a time, estimated speed in excess of 100 mph, almost causing accidents; Gone on arrival.
4:21 p.m. – Disturbance, West C Street, Torrington – Caller reported the neighbor to the west having loud music.
6:17 p.m. – Civil problem, East B Street, Torrington – Caller requested contact referencing civil guidelines on abandoned property.
6:31 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East 22nd Avenue, Torrington – Caller requested to speak with an officer referencing a possible scam.
9:21 p.m. – Motor vehicle accident, West C Street, Torrington – Report of a vehicle hitting a gas meter; spewing gas and vehicle is gone.
May 26
12:08 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East D Street, Torrington – Report of multiple children running around the area screaming; Caller said they’ve been asked to be quiet and won’t comply.
12:28 a.m. – Civil problem, Road 47, Torrington – Caller reported her father won’t let her get any of her belongings out of the car.
2:17 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, U.S. Hwy. 26-85, Torrington – Caller believes his house is being broken in to; Report of two pickups on the property.
9:28 a.m. – Assist the public, East Valley Road, Torrington – A parent in the store requested to speak to an officer about daughter stealing.
6:44 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Road 41 R, Torrington – Caller said they just got home and the door to the residence was open.
7:57 p.m. – Fireworks, Road 45 V, Torrington – Report of kids lighting fireworks on caller’s property.
11 p.m. – Animal call, East A Street, Torrington – Caller said there’s a bat in the main entrance.
May 27
3:43 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Road 14 and U.S. Hwy. 85, LaGrange – Report of a male sleeping in the middle of the road; Subaru parked on the side of the road.
7:56 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East 30th Avenue, Torrington – Report of a gas-powered scooter riding over grass and graves.
4:47 p.m. – Animal call, West 15th Avenue, Torrington – Report of a cream-colored chihuahua in caller’s yard; Dog reportedly been there for three days and won’t let caller get close to it.
May 28
12:52 p.m. – Assist the public, East 5th Avenue, Torrington – Neighbors tearing down caller’s mother’s fence and throwing strash in the yard.
4:50 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East 22nd Avenue, Torrington – Caller requested to speak to an officer referencing theft of items from a friend’s home.
8:30 p.m. – Assist other agency, East 30th Avenue, Torrington – Report of a concrete box on the southwest corner shooting water everywhere.
May 29
5:17 a.m. – Animal call, East A Street, Torrington – Caller said they were gone for the weekend and returned to find a bat in the bathroom; Bat is lying on the floor, unsure if it’s dead or alive.
7:07 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East Valley Road, Torrington – Unknown persons broke windows out of garage doors at the location and broke into a shed.
9:51 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East 20th Avenue and East D Street, Torrington – Report of a male, sitting in a van at the intersection; Individual would not move when the caller reportedly honked at him and several people had to go around the van.
12:05 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, West 15th Avenue, Torrington – Caller said they’re camping; left chairs out to mark their camping spot, returned and the chairs are gone.
1:01 p.m. – Lost property, East Valley Road, Torrington – Caller said they left a satchel in the dressing room at the Shopko store; when returned to retrieve it, the satchel was not there.
4:33 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East G Street, Torrington – Caller reported a “whole bunch” of kids at the pool, swimming with no lifeguards visible.
9:45 p.m. – Campbell Drive, Torrington – Report of people fighting in the parking lot; no descriptions of vehicle or people involved.
May 30
12:19 a.m. – Disturbance, West A Street, Torrington – Caller reported neighbors in the apartment are stomping and playing loud music.
3:40 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Clover Avenue, Lingle – Toddler wandering in the street.
5:43 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East F Street, Torrington – Truck parked blocking driveway.
7:56 p.m. – Animal call, East C Street, Torrington – Son brought home what he believes to be our state bird that someone has shot.
8:04 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Main Street, Torrington – Report of a man sitting on the side of the street with a suitcase and a woman in a vehicle parked in front of him in the middle of traffic.
