3:28 a.m. – Assist the public, Torrington – Caller said their neighbor (name redacted) is “banging on stuff in his back yard,” and woke the caller up.

7:42 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Torrington – Caller advised a male is laying in her driveway off County Road 62; Advised the man is breathing.

10:25 a.m. – Assist the public, Torrington – Caller said he sold a lawnmower to an individual who did not pay him.

10:36 a.m. – Civil problem, Torrington – Caller said he wants to repossess a lawnmower he did repair work on; Customer was making payments but failed to make two payments.

3:29 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Torrington – Caller said they just received a “weird” phone call; Voicemail said it was the caller’s “last chance before local police will come to arrest” her; Advised caller it was a scam.

4:37 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Torrington – Individual reported receiving a telephone call from an unknown male, asking “do you have the drugs? I have the money.” Individual said this was the second time the person called.

8:09 p.m. – Traffic violations, Torrington – Caller had questions referencing four-wheelers on the roads; Caller said he thought it was only allowable so four-wheelers could be loaded and unloaded to go four-wheeling in the country.

May 14

11:19 a.m. – Assist the public, Torrington – Caller with questions referencing a court order out of Colorado; His wife is not supposed to be in the residence and she’s living there; Caller wanted to know what to do.

1:15 p.m. – Filthy premise, Torrington – Caller said their neighbor to the south trimmed their trees and put all the branches in the dumpster, completely filling it.
