Nov. 29
12:30 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, West C Street, Torrington – Reporting a student in Eastern Hall at Eastern Wyoming College had things stolen from his room.
2:18 a.m. – Auto theft, East J Street, Torrington – Report of a black, 2007 Dodge Caravan stolen.
10:38 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, West B Street, Torrington – Woman reported a call from a young man claiming to be her oldest grandson.
11:11 a.m. – Assist the public, Van Tassel Road, Torrington – Caller requesting removal of a dead deer in front of the residence.
11:17 a.m. – Parking complaint, West 29th Avenue, Torrington – Caller complaining about a semi parking in front of the residence; Not there at time of call, but reportedly parks there often.
3:32 p.m. – Assist the public, East 22nd Avenue, Torrington – Caller inquiring about stop signs.
11:12 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East Valley Road, Torrington – Caller reported a male wearing a gray and black hoodie and blue jeans had been “hanging out” all day.
Nov. 30
1:19 p.m. – Suspicious person, U.S. Hwy. 85 – Report of a person walking north on the highway; Caller unsure if subject was male or female.
5:04 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle, U.S. Hwy. 26-85 – Vehicle coming into town with no headlights on.
6:24 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East G Street, Torrington – Caller across the street reported garage door open and nobody around at the residence.
6:51 p.m. – Suspicious person, East Valley Road, Torrington – Unidentified individual appeared to be breaking into a vehicle; Officer initiated.
9:21 p.m. – Harassment, East 22nd Avenue, Torrington – Call to PD from a woman, said she was being harassed by another woman; Asking to talk about her options.
Dec. 1
12:13 a.m. – Disturbance, West 20th Avenue, Torrington – Report of a large group of people fighting behind Leitheads and in City Parking Lot No. 1.
10:24 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East F Street, Torrington – Woman reported receiving a telephone call; Caller ID showed husband’s name and home phone number.
2:07 p.m. – Assist the public, U.S. Hwy. 26 – Young woman reportedly pulled her learners permit out of her pocket when retrieving her phone and didn’t realize it; Wanted to know what she should do.
7:48 p.m. – Assist the public, Ridge Road, Torrington – Caller requesting information regarding blocking numbers of unwanted calls on a landline.
Dec. 2
4:50 a.m. – Structure Fire, West C Street, Torrington – Caller reporting flames showing in the area; Reported unknown source.
5:03 p.m. – Disturbance, Laramie Street – Report of two people arguing; One started hitting the other on the arm.
7:54 p.m. – Civil problem, West B Street, Torrington – Caller reported unnamed individual coming to residence to pick up belongings; Requested officer to be sure there were no problems.
Dec. 3
7:17 a.m. – Animal call, East A Street, Torrington – Caller complained their neighbor leaves garbage outside of the dumpster and racoons are coming into their yard because of it.
10:06 a.m. – Animal call, Road 66 v, Goshen County – Caller reportedly missing two bay horses and one gray, flea-bit gelding.
10:48 a.m. – Assist the public, East 22nd Avenue, Torrington – Caller requested to speak to an officer regarding alleged threats.
Dec. 4
12:02 p.m. – Found property, Main Street, Torrington – Found a big black case stuffed in a hole in the side of a bridge.
12:37 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Main Street, Torrington – Reported receiving a call from unidentified individual saying WiFi had been hacked and was going to be shut down.
1:07 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East F Street, Torrington – Caller reporting an apparent scam.
11:53 p.m. – Suspicious person, East Valley Road, Torrington – Unidentified male; Appeared intoxicated.
Dec. 5
5:01 p.m. – Harassment, East 22nd Avenue, Torrington – Caller requested to speak to an officer referencing their daughter, allegedly being harassed by a former boyfriend and family.
8:36 p.m. – Assist other agency, East 22nd Avenue, Torrington – Caller reportedly hit a deer somewhere west of Fort Laramie; Drove back to Torrington to report it.
