Nov. 2
6:05 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East F Street, Torrington – Resident who was outside smoking said they heard something that sounded like someone letting air out of tires.
7:32 a.m. – Assist the public, to Torrington Police Dept., Torrington – Caller from Nebraska reported an unidentified subject from Torrington was harassing their fiancé on social media.
2:32 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East C Street, Torrington – Caller reported what appeared to be BB gun marks on their residence and vehicle; requested officer to the location.
3:03 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, West 28th Avenue, Torrington – Caller requested to speak to an officer regarding an apparent Internal Revenue Service scam telephone call.

9:03 a.m. – Vandalism, East C Street, Torrington – Front door and sidewalk egged sometime overnight.

11:33 a.m. – Harassment, East 27th Avenue, Torrington – No information provided.
3:25 p.m. – Hazard to traffic, Lingle-Veteran Road, Lingle – Two head of angus out on west side of road.
4:40 p.m. – Possible DUI, southbound U.S. Hwy. 85, Lusk – Caller reported almost being run off the road by a white Ford Expedition with blue and white plates; no additional information available.

12:04 a.m. – Assist the public, East D Street, Torrington – Report of broken bottles in the street.
1:24 a.m. – Disturbance, Main Street, Torrington – Report of a fight in front of Broncho Bar.
8:59 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, West D Street, Torrington – 9-1-1 call; caller said she was “messing” with the phone and dialed 9-1-1 by
mistake.
4:48 p.m. – Civil problem, East A Street, Torrington – Request officer for standby while retrieving belongings from a residence.

6:02 a.m. – Traffic hazard, State Hwy. 92, Torrington – Report of two dark horses in the middle of the road.

2:30 a.m. – Motor vehicle accident, U.S. Hwy. 26, Torrington – Report of a vehicle off the road; no description, unknown if it’s occupied. Gone on arrival.
9:09 a.m. – Traffic hazard, U.S. Hwy. 85, LaGrange – Investigate report of approximately 100 cattle on
the road.
9:31 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East 20th Avenue, Torrington – Report of a parked car
being struck.
10:26 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle, Main Street, Torrington – Report of a maroon car with a “for sale” sign in the window parked in the middle of the street.

7:42 a.m. – Traffic violation, West D Street, Torrington – Caller reported a male subject ran a stop sign and almost “t-boned” her; caller requested to sign a complaint.
