June 13
8:55 a.m. – Assist the public, West 15th Avenue, Torrington – Report of a young person staying in a tent and using utilities but not paying.
9:51 a.m. – Assist the public, East 22nd Avenue, Torrington – Caller to PD reported possible scam calls; requested to speak to an officer.
11 a.m. – Trespassing, East I Street, Torrington – Caller requested to speak with an officer referencing a trespassing complaint.
12:54 p.m. – Larceny, East C Street, Torrington – Caller reported missing hanging planters from the yard.
3:50 p.m. – Animal call, East 22nd Avenue, Torrington – Person called police department saying there were problems with squirrels “tearing things up.”
6:18 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East 22nd Avenue, Torrington – Caller to police department reported receiving a call claiming “they will put $10,000 in his pocket in the next 10 days.” Reporting a scam.
6:44 p.m. – Assist the public, Road 53, Torrington – Caller reported he has a hole in his muffler and wondered if he could be ticketed.
June 14
4:57 a.m. – Suspicious person, U.S. Hwy. 26/85, Torrington – Caller reported a male walking westbound in all dark clothing; caller was concerned the pedestrian might get hit as was walking on the wrong side of the highway.
9:21 a.m. – Animal call, West C Street, Torrington – Caller reported a medium-sized dog in the back seat of a parked car; Caller said window is partially open but was still concerned for the dog’s wellbeing.
10 a.m. – Assist the public, U.S. Hwy. 26/85, Torrington – Caller reported receiving two scam telephone calls.
12:30 p.m. – Parking complaint, West Valley Road, Torrington – Caller advised he needed to park a trailer with a 30-foot trailer in a lot designated for truck and trailer parking behind Arby’s Restaurant and four cars are parked there.
12:56 p.m. – Assist the public, U.S. Hwy. 85, Lusk – Caller reported his wife was lost somewhere south of Lusk, trying to reach Fort Collins, Colo.
4:31 p.m. – Assist the public, Buena Vista Road, Torrington – Caller received a warning about bushes in the back yard; question if, because they were once trees and the city cut them down, shouldn’t the city be responsible for removing them.
8:48 p.m. – Suspicious person, West B Street, Torrington – Caller reported a male, walking around in bed shorts and no shirt, looking into cars and properties. June 15
1:14 a.m. – Disturbance, East 6th Avenue, Torrington – Loud party.
8:12 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East 20th Avenue, Torrington – Caller advised they woke up this morning and his mother’s silver Chrysler car was gone.
8:30 a.m. – Assist the public, West C Street, Torrington – Caller requested to speak with an officer referencing issues with their landlord about a service animal.
10:42 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Campbell Drive, Torrington – Report of patient brought to emergency room saying she was stabbed by her mother.
12:37 p.m. – Trespass, Road 53D, Torrington – Caller having issues with a neighbor and fences.
12:50 p.m. – Log information, East G Street, Torrington – Caller reported an apparent scam telephone call from the U.S. Treasurer; Requested the information be document.
2:01 p.m. – Assist the public, East 2nd Avenue, Torrington – Caller requested to speak with an officer re. the legalities of fireworks.

2:34 p.m. – Grass fire, North Ridge Terrace, Torrington – Controlled burn got out of control.
4:05 p.m. – Harassment, TPD, Torrington – Caller requested to speak with an officer regarding harassment.
5:16 p.m. – Assist the public, East A Street, Torrington – Caller reported a neighbor keeps parking a truck and trailer across the alley, blocking traffic.
10:33 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Laramie Street, Torrington – Caller reported hearing sounds like something hitting the back of their home.
June 15
9:25 a.m. – Alarm, U.S. Hwy. 26, Fort Laramie – Interior alarm; Reporting person contacted someone in the home, but the alarm was so loud, they couldn’t hear what was being said.
1:53 p.m. – Disturbance, East B Street, Torrington – Caller reported loud music and noise coming from the upstairs.
7:04 p.m. – Assist the public, Road 53D, Torrington – Caller requested to speak with a deputy referencing filling harassment charges against someone.
10:18 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Laramie Street, Torrington – Caller reported their daughter said something slammed against their back door; sounded like someone threw their body into the door with force to move the blinds and make the dogs bark.
10:52 p.m. – Reddi, Road 37, Lingle – Caller said they stopped to give a driver directions, discovered the driver was intoxicated; Caller left and the other driver followed; Was sitting in caller’s driveway with the vehicle lights off.
June 16
11:35 a.m. – Assist the public, East P Street, Torrington – Caller said their neighbors were hanging around the apartment complex.
12:17 p.m. – Larceny, Main Street, Torrington – Caller reported a stolen cell phone; caller said they have video.
3:08 p.m. – Assist the public, State Hwy 156, Torrington – Caller had property-related questions; requested to speak with a deputy.
June 17
9:53 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Road 45V, Torrington – Caller reported their neighbor passed away in September; now a vehicle parked at the home, older model full-size white pickup
10:50 p.m. – Assist the public, Road 37, Yoder – Caller reported a group at the residence played loud music until 4 a.m. the previous night and were at it again.
June 18
9:24 a.m. – Animal call, 2nd Avenue, LaGrange – Moose in the area.
10:23 a.m. – Trespass, Main Street, Torrington – Caller reported a camper trailer with a Tahoe in the parking lot; Owner was asked to leave and has refused.
2:22 p.m. – Lost property, East Valley Road, Torrington – Caller reported they had their wallet at the Family Dollar store in Torrington, now can’t find it; Black leather men’s wallet.
4:44 p.m. – Log information, East D Street, Torrington – Caller wished to log a complaint about a white Dodge blaring music as it drives by.
5:43 p.m. – Animal call, East B Street, Torrington – Kitten up a tree.
6:52 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Road 53G, Torrington – Caller reported a call regarding a survey from Family Services for the state of Wyoming.
June 19
1:23 a.m. – Motor vehicle accident, Road 72 and Road 55F, Torrington – Single-vehicle rollover, west side of prison; Three people outside the vehicle told the reporting person they were all okay and had someone coming to assist.
7:56 a.m. – Animal call, West A Street, Torrington – Caller reported raccoons in the neighborhood.
10:23 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, U.S. Hwy. 26-85, Torrington – Caller reportedly was told by other people their vehicle had been struck; Caller said they were at home and there was no apparent damage to their vehicle, but was told the other vehicle was damaged.
10:30 a.m. – Assist other agency, State Hwy. 156, Lingle – Report of a one-vehicle accident; semi reportedly went around the curve and flipped after its load shifted; No injuries and no blockage of the highway.
12:24 p.m. – Animal call, State Hwy. 92, Torrington – Caller reported a horse got loose from confinement, but people are out trying to catch it.
1:44 p.m. – Vandalism, West Bliss Street, Fort Laramie – Words “I will kill” was scratched into the paint of caller’s truck; Not certain when or where it happened.
2:19 p.m. – Assist the public, Monte Vista Road, Torrington – Caller asked if it’s allowed to use a torch to clear weeds growing in the sidewalk.
2:50 p.m. – Vehicle fire, U.S. Hwy. 85, Hawk Springs – Southbound camper pulling a trailer; the trailer is on fire.
4:46 p.m. – Assist the public, East 6th Avenue, Torrington – Caller reported neighbors allegedly throwing trash in his yard and breaking off parts of his fence.
June 20
8:57 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, West C Street, Torrington – Report someone has been tampering with vehicles and equipment currently left outside waiting to go into the Eastern Wyoming College bus barn.
1:49 p.m. – Assist the public, East F Street, Torrington – Caller requesting information for his father regarding legalities of driving handicap scooters and golf carts on city streets.
2:03 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, U.S. Hwy. 26, Torrington – Caller reported a chair blew out of another vehicle and hit theres near Henry, Neb., on the Wyoming side
6:18 p.m. – Animal call, East 3rd Avenue, Torrington – Remove a bull snake from the residence.
8:58 p.m. – Minor in possession, Road 39, Torrington – Report of a subject in a white truck, coming on the caller’s property, “spinning out” and yelling at his girlfriend.
10:10 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, North Brooke Avenue, Fort Laramie – Caller believes someone prowling around the residence and areas north of the residence.
June 21
8:56 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East F Street, Torrington – Telephone box open and all the wires are on the ground.
9:37 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Road 70Y, Torrington – Caller concerned the FBI was coming after her; call was transferred.
3:42 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, TPD, Torrington – Caller reported a possible shopping scam.
5:49 p.m. – Vandalism, East B Street, Torrington – Caller reporting a vehicle apparently vandalized in Huntley.
