4:34 p.m. – Civil problem, East 19th Avenue, Torrington – Caller reported past problems with a landlord; said the landlord has shut off electricity to the home at the main breaker. June 11
2:28 a.m. – Suspicious person, Golf Course Road, Torrington – Caller reported two individuals, possibly intoxicated, having physical relations around the 18th hole.
2:11 p.m. – Suspicious person, West C Street, Torrington – Officer noticed a male subject on the property, hanging out by the back door; not sure if he was supposed to be there. Contacted property owner. June 12
11:08 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, U.S. Hwy. 26, Torrington – Caller reported he was talking to someone in California; noticed his phone was in emergency mode; reported he’s fine and at work.
2:16 p.m. – Parking complaints, East Valley Road, Torrington – Caller reported a flat-bed pickup parked so close to the vehicle to make it impossible to get into drivers compartment.
