6:24 a.m. – Alarm, Owen Avenue, Torrington – Garage door burglar alarm.
9:59 a.m. – Assist the public, Bighorn Street, Torrington – Caller reported receiving scam telephone calls; Caller advised information would be documented.
10:55 a.m. – Assist the public, East H Street, Torrington – Caller inquired on legal age for children to be left unattended in the home.
11:49 a.m. – Animal call, West A Street, Torrington – Report of raccoons in the neighborhood.
2:44 p.m. – Assist the public, East 24th Avenue, Torrington – Caller requested information regarding ordinance covering semi-trucks on residential streets.
6:31 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East 30th Avenue, Torrington – Caller reported a friend received a telephone call from her number trying to sell something.
June 9

9:02 a.m. – Larceny, West C Street, Torrington – Caller reported a theft believed to have happened around May 23.
11:39 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East Valley Road, Torrington – Caller reported a subject disposed of personal trash in their dumpsters.
12:13 p.m. – Animal call, East A Street, Torrington – Caller reported a pig in the yard of a duplex off Main Street.
3:57 p.m. – Assist the public, Torrington – Call to PD reporting screaming in a parking lot.
5:11 p.m. – Assist the public, East A Street, Torrington – Caller reported neighbors dumped mulch in his driveway and alley; caller repeatedly asked neighbors to clean it up and nothing has been done.
7:10 p.m. – Assist the public, East F Street, Torrington – Caller reported numerous children playing in the water.
June 10
3:40 a.m. – Building check, officer initiated, Main Street, Torrington – Indications someone may have broken in to former Sinclair Station.
12:34 p.m. – Assist the public, East F Street, Torrington – Caller reported people “wasting water” at the location; caller hung up without providing additional information.
4:34 p.m. – Civil problem, East 19th Avenue, Torrington – Caller reported past problems with a landlord; said the landlord has shut off electricity to the home at the main breaker.
June 11
2:28 a.m. – Suspicious person, Golf Course Road, Torrington – Caller reported two individuals, possibly intoxicated, having physical relations around the 18th hole.
2:11 p.m. – Suspicious person, West C Street, Torrington – Officer noticed a male subject on the property, hanging out by the back door; not sure if he was supposed to be there. Contacted property owner.
June 12
11:08 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, U.S. Hwy. 26, Torrington – Caller reported he was talking to someone in California; noticed his phone was in emergency mode; reported he’s fine and at work.
2:16 p.m. – Parking complaints, East Valley Road, Torrington – Caller reported a flat-bed pickup parked so close to the vehicle to make it impossible to get into drivers compartment.
