12:25 a.m. – Suspicious person, Main Street, Torrington – Male subject lingering in the alley.
5:15 a.m. – Disturbance, East 20th Avenue, Torrington – Female intoxicated and refusing to leave parent’s residence.
10:01 a.m. – Assist the public, Hwy. 26-85, Torrington – Reports of glass across both westbound lanes; also large pieces of tires.
1:45 p.m. – Animal call, East E Street, Torrington – Caller reported a dog outside in the shade near a residence; Can’t tell if the dog has water and can’t see a dog house.
4:23 p.m. – Assist the public, Hwy. 85, LaGrange – Big piece of rubber in the middle of the road.
11:50 – Assist the public, East Valley Road, Torrington – Caller said she’s at work; vehicle in the parking lot and she report overhearing one of the kids say ‘We better go someplace else.’ Wanted officers to know in case something
happened.

July 7
2:17 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Main Street, Torrington – Three people running down the alley.
2:24 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, West B Street, Torrington – Caller said there’s a party going on and was told to call in if this happened.
11:39 a.m. – Assist the public, Torrington – Caller requested to speak with an officer regarding a situation she is in.
4:32 p.m. – Assist the public, Torrington – Caller said he’s stuck at Guernsey rest stop after hitting a deer and needs help.

July 8
6:32 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, West C Street, Torrington – Caller reported a green van with California plates; pulled in and two Hispanic males tried to sell them new generators.
6:45 p.m. – Assist the public, Campbell Drive, Torrington – Caller requested information about people pulling into his driveway and using it to
turn around.

July 9
11:30 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Road 47, Torrington – Caller reported a child walking alone along the road; no adults around; close to trailer park.
6:02 p.m. – Civil problem, East Valley Road, Torrington – Caller requested officer meet them to assist in retrieving phone from person who allegedly took if from them earlier in the day.
6:44 p.m. – Harassment, West 28th Avenue Torrington – Requested to speak with an officer regarding his ex-wife
harassing him.
10:06 p.m. – West 17th Avenue, Torrington – Caller reported a puppy locked in a kennel outside of a residence across the street; puppy had been crying for about three hours.

July 10
12:15 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East G Street, Torrington – Caller reported a five gallon jug of money was stolen.
12:44 p.m. – Harassment, Monte Vista Road, Torrington – Caller reported a dog they purchased locally died; said they’d been paying on the dog and subject keeps stopping at reporting person’s work and harassing them via social media; Reporting person wants it to stop.
1:23 p.m. – Log information, West 26th Avenue, Torrington – Caller reported a telephone solicitation from a 307 area code number regarding law enforcement education; wanted to inform officials, did not request a call back.
3:29 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Main Street, Torrington – Man suspected of shop lifting has returned to the business after being told not to.
9:23 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Van Tassel Road, Torrington – Thinks people are trespassing on their property.

July 11
4:51 p.m. – Log information, Torrington – Caller reported they’ve received several solicitation calls using local telephone numbers; Was told it’s caller identification spoofing and was told by the telephone company to change her number; wanted to be sure officials and heard of it.
7:43 p.m. – Disturbance, East 5th Avenue and East C Street, Torrington – Caller reported subjects throwing rocks at her car and trying to run her husband over with a car.
9:10 p.m. – Animal Call, East C Street, Torrington – Caller reported a large raccoon in
a drain.

July 12
11:19 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, West 29th Street, Torrington – Anonymous web tip regarding a person stating an intent to break into vehicles and residences; Tip stated subject sounded under the influence.
1:56 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Torrington – Caller requested to speak to an officer referencing an alleged social media scam.
