7:18 a.m. – Control burn, East 11th Avenue, Torrington – Reporting starting a burn pile that will continue at the location for several weeks.
8:48 a.m. – Motor vehicle accident, Main Street, Torrington – Two vehicles, in parking lot; no injuries.
11 – 11:10 a.m. – Multiple locations, Torrington – Snow removal violations.
11:27 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Fremont Avenue, Torrington – Resident reported theft of paperwork from the home.
2:43 a.m. – Log information, West B Street, Torrington – Caller reported neighbor received snow removal warning; informing they’d removed the snow.

12:10 a.m. – Suspicious person, Main Street, Torrington – Details redacted.
12:15 a.m. – Suspicious person, West 25th Avenue, Torrington – Law enforcement contact unidentified individual.
6:55 a.m. – Log information, Road 66, Torrington – Caller reported catching an individual taking an extension cord from the property; Caller said verbally warned individual to stay off the property and requested warning be document.
2:14 p.m. – Snow removal violation, West 21st Avenue, Torrington – Snow cleared off sidewalk at business was pushed into the street at the corner and blocking access to the sidewalk.
6:22 p.m. – Alarm, East 18th Avenue, Torrington – Residential alarm, interior motion detector.
11:49 – Suspicious circumstances, Main Street, Torrington – Caller reported being assaulted by unidentified individual.
Dec. 30
7:16 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Road 72, Torrington – Caller reported finding a gut pile and a pair of latex gloves; suspected poaching.
9:15 a.m. – Assist the public, East 2nd Avenue, Torrington – Caller reported contact from a neighbor reporting a dog was hit, not sure if it was caller’s dog; Drove by the residence and the door was open, requested officer to go with for welfare check on the dog and the caller’s ex.
2:50 p.m. – Assist the public, East I Street, Torrington – Frozen water pipes.
5:39 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Monte Vista Road, Torrington – Caller requested to speak with an officer regarding issues with a neighbor’s light.

2:29 p.m. – Animal call, Van Tassel Road near Road 74, Torrington – Caller reported a dead deer on the side of the road and a crippled deer laying in the nearby field.
7:16 p.m. – Harassment, East B Street, Torrington – Caller reported issues with repeated calls from an unidentified subject.
11:32 p.m. – Motor vehicle accident, East D Street, Torrington – Blue Chevy truck struck by a blue Dodge truck, which then left the scene; last seen eastbound on 30th Avenue.

1:29 a.m. – Disturbance, Main Street, Torrington – Report of a “huge” fight on the dance floor involving three or four individuals; gone on arrival.
10:47 a.m. – Harassment, Buena Vista Road, Torrington – Caller reported unidentified individual keeps contacting; Caller was told to contact law enforcement if the calls continued.
11:49 a.m. – Violation of city water use, water tower, North Laramie Street, Fort Laramie – Report of water running down the alley from the water tower and flooding the alley behind 100 block of North Laramie Street.

6:52 a.m. – Animal call, West 17th Avenue, Torrington – Caller reported a dumpster behind the residence has dead geese inside.
10:31 a.m. – Assist the public, call to Torrington Police Dept., Torrington – Second call from individual, asking if they can drive a vehicle with expired plates to get it licensed.
12:41 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Main Street, Torrington – Caller reported a glass pot pipe by a tree.
6:34 p.m. – Disturbance, East C Street, Torrington – Report of individuals fighting in the middle of the street.

10:50 a.m. – Snow removal violations, multiple locations, Torrington.
1:55 p.m. – Weapon, West C Street, Torrington – Report of student carrying a knife.
2:07 p.m. – Larceny, High Plains Apartments, College Drive, Torrington – Caller reported their old cellular phone was taken from their residence.
2 – 2:17 p.m. – Snow removal violations, multiple locations, Torrington.
8:43 p.m. – Disturbance, West B Street, Torrington – Caller reported what sounded like a physical disturbance from the apartment below them.
