12:49 a.m. – Suspicious person, West Valley Road and C Street, Torrington – Check on male subject southbound on West C from Valley Road, dressed in black, carrying black backpack.
6:07 a.m. – Animal call, West D Street, Torrington – Report of a raccoon trapped in a dumpster.
12:16 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Main Street, Torrington – No answer, sounded like pocket dial.
12:21 p.m. – Assist the public, East South Street, Fort Laramie – Requested a deputy call referencing laws dealing with people on property.
12:25 p.m. – Found property, East B Street, Torrington – Requested to speak to an officer referencing finding a scooter on the property.
1:47 p.m. – Log information, U.S. Hwy. 26-85, Torrington – 9-1-1 call, dispatcher could hear people or children laughing, no answer on callback.
2:13 p.m. – Parking complaint, U.S. Hwy. 26-85, Torrington – Caller said they were blocked in a parking lot; caller was standing by the vehicle to speak with a deputy.
3:39 p.m. – Motor vehicle accident, West Valley Road, Torrington – Vehicle vs. power pole; pole down across vehicle.
5:07 p.m. – Assist the public, Antelope Lane, Torrington – Caller requested information referencing their daughter, requested call back; declined to provide additional information.
7:40 p.m. – Assist the public, East F Street, Torrington – Caller reported problems with cable service; Cable company said it was a power outage, but was unable to say where the power problem was, no outage in this area, but could be in the area the programming
originates.

Aug. 28
12:52 a.m. – Animal call, Road 47, Torrington – Cow at large, was in the road and moved to callers yard.
2:32 a.m. – Suspicious person, East Valley Road, Torrington – Officer initiated contact with person
walking.
8:43 p.m. – Motor vehicle accident, U.S. Hwy. 26/85, Torrington – Caller advised truck was hit sometime the previous evening at the fairgrounds.
10:20 a.m. – Suspicious noise, East M Street, Torrington – Caller reported a loud boom on the north side of the building.
11:15 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, to Torrington Police Department, Torrington – Caller reported a scam telephone call.

12:13 p.m. – Assist the public, U.S. Hwy. 26/85, Torrington – Caller wanting to know why speed limit laws not being enforced.
2:38 p.m. – Assist the public, West Bliss Street, Fort Laramie – Report that wind blew down a 70 MPH Speed Limit sign; caller reported the sign was in their front yard.
3:24 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, to TPD, Torrington – Caller said they’re receiving suspected scam telephone calls with a local number.
8:27 p.m. – Animal call, Valley View, Torrington – Caller reported their neighbors are not feeding their cows and the cows are always out.
11:30 p.m. – Motor vehicle accident, West C Street, Torrington – Vehicle struck a gas meter; leaking gas.

July 29
12:04 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Haines Street, Torrington – Caller reported an alarm sounding by her house and people in front of the residence; unknown what was happening.
3:16 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, West A Street, Torrington – Caller requested to speak with an officer regarding large barrels being stolen from the
residence.
10:01 p.m. – Found property, East F Street, Torrington – Purse found in the
intersection.

July 30
6:27 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East 21st Avenue, Torrington – 9-1-1 hangup; no answer on
call back.
11:38 a.m. – Motor vehicle accident, East Valley Road, Torrington – Caller reported watching a truck hit the stop sign at Valley Road and East D intersection.
12:22 p.m. – Assist the public, to TPD, Torrington – Caller requested an officer call back regarding an alleged stolen check that reportedly was cashed in Denver.
1 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East F Street, Torrington – Report of an older male on a scooter who ran into a tree and a fence.
9:51 p.m. – Assist the public, West A Street, Torrington – Caller reported being without power for about 15 minutes, said they couldn’t find the breaker box in the home; Advised half the house has power, so must need the breaker flipped.

July 31
2:53 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle, West D Street, Torrington – No additional information provided.
8:19 p.m. – Suspicious person, Pebble Lane, Torrington – Caller reported a male sitting in front of entry to the subdivision, there most of the day, not someone they recognize. Called back later and reported the person is a neighbor’s relative.
9:15 p.m. – Suspicious person, Harley Mark Lane – Officer initiated activity; out with five individuals.
9:29 p.m. – Suspicious person, East 27th Avenue, Torrington – Officer initiate d activity; out with several individuals.
11:18 p.m. – Assist the public, East F Street, Torrington – Caller reported people behind the back yard wouldn’t quiet down; Caller wouldn’t provide her name, but requested additional patrol of the area.

Aug. 1
1:34 p.m. – Assist the public, Buena Vista Road, Torrington – Caller requested information regarding the legalities of buying a vehicle.
2:08 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East B Street, Torrington – Caller reported receiving a check for a large amount of money, said it was from Publisher’s Clearinghouse; Caller found it suspicious and requested to speak to an officer.
11:46 p.m. – Suspicious person, West C Street, Torrington – One person sleeping.

Aug. 2
12:23 p.m. – Animal call, Main Street, Torrington – Report of baby birds in the bottom of a chimney caller was in process of sealing up; mother bird and two fledgling babies 20 feet down.
4:38 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East K Street, Torrington – Caller reported an apparent scam telephone call, referencing the Internal Revenue Service and an arrest warrant.
4:43 p.m. – Assist the public, East Valley Road, Torrington – Caller reported an apparent scam call from the Internal Revenue Service with a warrant.
4:44 p.m. – Assist the public, Monte Vista Road, Torrington – Reported scam call from Internal Revenue Service.
10:19 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle, East F Street, Torrington – Caller reported a white van with several other vehicles following throwing out beer cans
and bottles.
