March 22

7:28 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East P Street, Torrington – Computer tech reported discovering something they would like looked at.

7:59 a.m. – Traffic violations, Road 76, Torrington – Caller requested extra patrol; reported a young male driver, possibly a high school student, in a Dodge flatbed pickup speeding excessively between 7:30 a.m. and 8 a.m.

8:38 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, West C Street, Torrington – Caller reported hearing what she thought were gunshots.

8:50 a.m. – Suspicious person, U.S. Hwy. 85, Lingle – Report of a hitchhiker on the wrong side of the road.

10:28 a.m. – Animal call, Loma Vista Road, Torrington – Reportedly can’t deliver the mail because a dog won’t let caller out of the delivery truck.

11:50 a.m. – Pedestrian check, U.S. Hwy. 85, Lingle – Report of a guy male sleeping in a barrow pit.

1:44 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Road 53 G, Torrington – Report of a suspected scam telephone call.

5:50 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, U.S. Hwy. 26-85, Torrington – Report of cooler stolen out of storage.

7:03 p.m. – Disturbance, West B Street, Torrington – Caller reported her roommate is throwing all her belongings out of the house.

7:43 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Laramie Street, Torrington – Missing narcotic patch.

9:38 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Road 72 G, Torrington – People keep walking up and down the driveway.

March 23

9:55 a.m. – Civil problem, Road 45 V, Torrington – Caller reporting he needs to get to work and his girlfriend won’t leave.

12:07 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East M Street, Torrington – White van w/ blue-green stripes; doesn’t have seatbelts and is loaded with junk.

12:10 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East 17th Avenue, Torrington – Found cellophane cigarette wrapper with marijuana in it.

12:43 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East M Street, Torrington – Complaint from student regarding a possible stalker.

2:25 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Buena Vista Road, Torrington – File theft report.

March 24

2 a.m. – Juvenile problem, Main Street, Torrington – Underage minor in the bar.

10:55 a.m. – Found property, East Valley Road, Torrington – Caller found a brown wallet; requested officer to pick up.

12:08 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, West B Street, Torrington – Report of a call from local cell phone number; caller said it was “a total credit card scam.”

5:03 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East A Street, Torrington – Caller believes someone is breaking into their home.

March 25 

12:01 a.m. – Disturbances, West C Street, Torrington – Kids at the park being loud.

7:01 p.m. – Trespass, Main Street, Torrington – Unidentified subject returned to business after being warned for trespass due to alleged shoplifting.

March 26

3:57 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East P Street, Torrington – Caller reported hearing screaming noise.

12:53 p.m. – Reddi, West D Street, Torrington – Report of a male, just left unidentified location, apparently very intoxicated.

4:32 p.m. – Disturbance, East Valley Road, Torrington – Driver of Chevrolet pickup w/ Arizona plates vs. driver of semi pulling flatbed; apparent road rage case.

5:08 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East G Street, Torrington – Caller reported contractors are letting garbage blow into her yard and not picking up their mess.

March 27

10:30 a.m. – Assist the public, East B Street, Torrington – Caller reported missing guns.

1:48 p.m. – Structure fire, Laramie Street, Torrington – Caller concerned about “electrical smell” in their bedroom.

3:36 p.m. – Assist the public, Buttermilk Road, Torrington – Someone left a television in the road.

5:31 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, High Street, Torrington – Caller believes someone may have been in her house.

6:17 p.m. – Larceny, Sage Creek Drive, Torrington – Shoplifter in the store; has been caught.

March 28

12:16 a.m. – Disturbance, East 20th Avenue, Torrington – Caller reported several kids being loud in front of her apartment; Gone on arrival.

4:38 p.m. – Traffic violation, West 25th Avenue, Torrington – Driver requesting to speak to an office at the bus garage for complaint referencing passing a school bus.

6:31 p.m. – Larceny, Main Street, Torrington – Caller reported someone cut wires and stole an internet modem.
