12:27 p.m. – Burglary, West D Street, Torrington – Caller reported a possible burglary; person inside the residence and the back door was open.
2:52 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East A Street, Torrington – Report of a male subject with a backpack and a St. Patrick’s Day hat.
6:12 p.m. – Disturbance, South Lawton Avenue, Ft. Laramie – Caller reported an intoxicated individual has blocked their driveway and not letting them leave; Verbal dispute had ensued at the time of the call.
11:53 p.m. – Suspicious person, East Valley Road, Torrington – Caller reported a male acting strange; subject wearing a green hat, green sweatshirt and several Mardi Gras necklaces; Subject reportedly went into the bathroom and was sitting in the corner looking at a map.
March 24
9:51 a.m. – Suspicious person, Main Street, Torrington – Caller reported a male sleeping under the river bridge.
6:40 p.m. – Juvenile issue, West 15th Avenue, Torrington – Caller reported youths climbing on top of the fire department building.
9:34 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East H Street, Torrington – Caller requested to speak to someone regarding a father allegedly being verbally abusive to children.
11:13 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, U.S. Hwy. 26-85, Torrington – Caller reported a person yelling and talking about drugs.
March 25
1:03 a.m. – College Drive, Torrington – Caller reported lots of screaming and noise.
3:26 p.m. – Disturbance, East C Street, Torrington – Report of a female, downstairs neighbor, yelling, screaming and banging.
5:53 p.m. – Weapon, U.S. Hwy. 85, Hawk Springs – Caller reported a subject brandished a shotgun before leaving eastbound.
March 26
10:53 a.m. – Assist the public, East C Street, Torrington – Caller reported people are parking the wrong way on the street.
11:31 a.m. – Disturbance, U.S. Hwy. 26-85, Torrington – Caller reported their daughter screaming and yelling.
12:15 p.m. – Assist the public, West B Street, Torrington – Caller reported water spraying into their home.
3:09 p.m. – Motor vehicle accident, U.S. Hwy. 85, LaGrange – Driver reported striking a turkey; the bird went through the windshield; caller reported cuts on their head.
4:15 pm. – Assist the public, East C Street, Torrington – Caller requested to speak with an officer re. options to have his soon to be ex wife stop contacting him.
8:53 p.m. – Assist the public, East E Street, Torrington – Caller reported receiving texts from a female their son had been texting; wants the text to cease.
9:57 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East B Street, Torrington – Caller reported a guest of a tenant living on their property said the tenant was in possession of drugs; Caller request to speak with an officer.
March 27
7:33 a.m. – Larceny, Ft. Laramie – Caller reported ashtrays were stolen.
7:37 a.m. – Suspicious person, Main Street, Lingle – Caller reported a person sleeping on the south side of their building; Said they look suspicious.
12:43 p.m. – Assist the public, East 22nd Street, Torrington – Caller requested to know why an officer “was obviously following him.”
1:14 p.m. – Suspicious person, U.S. Hwy. 26, Lingle – Caller reported a man lying on the north side of the road; possibly wearing dark
overalls.
1:56 p.m. – Assist other agency, East B Street, Torrington – Caller requested to know why a deputy was at his mother-in-law’s home.
6:54 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, College Drive, Torrington – Multiple reports of teenage boys on the balcony of an apartment saying they’re going to shoot
someone.
March 28
10:30 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East 11th Avenue, Torrington – Caller reported kids with four-wheelers chasing deer along the river.
2:40 p.m. – Assist the public, East 22nd Avenue, Torrington – Caller requested to speak to an officer regarding why officers were called to their property.
8:22 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Main Street, Torrington – Caller asserted her social media account had been hacked.
March 29
9:36 a.m. – Assist the public, East 22nd Avenue, Torrington – Caller requesting information regarding permits needed for event in town for a business.
10:29 a.m. – Disturbance, Main Street, Torrington – Caller said a male subject is at the address, causing a scene; Caller requested the man leave.
3:25 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East 6th Avenue, Torrington – Caller reported they believe their dog was shot with a BB gun.
4:30 p.m. – Assist the public, West 15th Avenue, Torrington – Caller reported neighbors are burning yard waste and dog waste in their yard.
