TORRINGTON – Dr. Rick Patterson of Torrington has been named as interim Superintendent of Schools for Goshen County School District No. 1.
Patterson, who retired in 2017 as president of Eastern Wyoming College, was named to the post effective Feb. 1 by the GCSD Board of Trustees during a special meeting Monday at Torrington High School. He will assume the duties to be vacated by the planned Jan. 31 retirement of Jean Chrostoski while the board searches for a permanent superintendent.
