TORRINGTON – Patricia Caroline Miller, 75, died Thursday, Sept. 6, 2018, at Community Hospital in Torrington.
Memorial services will be held at a later date and cremation has taken place. Arrangements for cremation were made by the Colyer Funeral Home.
Patricia was born April 2, 1943, the daughter of Gordon and Helen M. (Tinkler) Mayer, in Baltimore, Md. The family later moved to Carroll County Maryland, where Patricia finished her schooling and graduated from North Carroll High School in 1961. She married her high school sweetheart, Paul Miller, on Dec. 23, 1962. The couple lived in various locations, including Maryland, Mississippi and Florida, before landing in Spring Grove, Penn., where they lived for 37 years. In July 2007, Patricia and Paul moved to Torrington.
Patricia liked shopping and was an avid animal lover, loving horses, cats, dogs and even a tarantula at one time. She frequented the Christian Woman’s Club while in Pennsylvania.
Survivors include her husband Paul David Miller Sr. of Torrington; son Kevin David (Deborah) Miller and their children Shane David and Justin David Miller of Spring Grove; son Paul David (Christine) Miller, Jr. and their children Paul David 3rd, Skyler David and Paige Joy of Torrington, and brother Gordon (Linda) Mayer, Jr. of Westminster, Md.
Preceding her in death were her parents and twin infant siblings.
