An employee of Bivens Construction in Torrington is seen through dangling bits of insulation, conduit and other building materials as he maneuvers a loader to remove pieces of the former welding program building Wednesday at Eastern Wyoming College in Torrington. The crew anticipated completion of the demolition project by today (Friday), making the way for a parking lot and road construction at the site, leading up to reopening the main entrance to the college in a couple of weeks, allowing time for new concrete to cure.
