NOTICE OF FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR
Notice is hereby given that the Goshen Irrigation District has accepted the work as completed according to the plans and specifications and rules set forth in the contract between Goshen Irrigation District and J-Built Homes, Inc., pursuant to the “GID 49.5 Check Structure Concrete and Rebar Procurement” Project Manual and that J-Built Homes, Inc. is entitled to final settlement therefor. On or after the 25th day of April, 2017, being the forty-first day after the first publication of this Notice, Goshen Irrigation District will pay to J-Built Homes, Inc. the full amount due under said contract.
