Public Notice of Application


Notice of Application for Platte Valley Bank, a Wyoming state-chartered bank with principal office in Torrington, Wyoming, has filed with Commissioner Albert L. Forkner of the State of Wyoming, Department of Audit, Division of Banking, and Federal Reserve Board for permission to establish a branch at 5271 East 2nd Street, Casper, WY.  The State of Wyoming, Division of Banking, and Federal Reserve Board consider a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the application, including the record of performance of the applicant in helping to meet local credit needs.

You are invited to submit comments in writing on this application to Albert Forkner, Commissioner, Wyoming Division of Banking, Department of Audit, Herschler Building, 3rd Floor West Wing, 122 West 25th Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002 and to the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, One Memorial Drive, Kansas City, MO 64198.  The Federal Reserve Board’s procedures for processing applications may be found at 12 C.F.R.
