New Cent$ible educator in Goshen County

TORRINGTON – University of Wyoming Extension Service has named a new extension educator to take over the Cent$ible Nutrition Program for Goshen County.
Mary Evans began classes in on Feb. 20. She has served as CNP educator for Platte County since January 2016 and will now be covering both counties.
She is excited to be working with the Goshen County community. For information on upcoming classes in Goshen County, please contact Ms. Evans at Goshen County Extension, 307-532-2436.
CNP offers free cooking and nutrition classes to individuals and families who meet income guidelines. It helps people eat better for less. Last year CNP participants saved an average of $40 a month on food. CNP also works with local partners to create healthier communities.
The Cent$ible Nutrition Program is a part of the University of Wyoming Extension and is funded through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program.
