SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. – Torrington High School senior Paige Miller has been named as one of the recipients of the 2018-19 WESTCO scholarships.
Each recipient will receive $1,000 to further their education. Miller plans to attend Butler Community College in El Dorado, Kan., to study Agriculture Communications and Business.
Miller is the daughter of Paul Jr. and Christine Miller. Scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic performance and a written essay.
