ROCHESTER, Minn. – Matthew Leigh Lind passed away in Rochester on May 13, 2021, due to a short illness. A private graveside service will be held for family with a Celebration of Life open to friends and family on June 12, 2021, at Frank Park, 2701 1st Ave Scottsbluff, Nebraska, from 1-3 p.m.
Matt was born in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, on April 2, 1982, to James Lind and Sheila Randall (Grothe). Matt grew up with his two brothers in Gering and Scottsbluff, graduating from Scottsbluff High School in 2000.
Matt enjoyed spending time with friends and had a passion for car stereos. Matt is survived by brother, Chris (Cari) Lind, son, Kaidynce Lind, niece, Shelby Fisher, nephew, Caleb Lind, stepfather, James Randall, aunts, Kari (Jeff) McClun, Suzanne Lind, cousins, Chad Cowan, Kody (Tyler) McClun, Kiffany McClun, Kassidy McClun, special friend Lori Cummins.
Matt was preceded in death by his parents James Lind, Sheila Lind, brother Tyler Lind and his aunt, Sharon Holloway.
