LINGLE – Grave side services for Lois Ann Hill, 83, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, October 3, 2020 at the Hillcrest Cemetery in Lingle, Wyoming with Pastor Rick Carroll officiating. Lois died September 29, 2020 at Goshen Care Center in Torrington, Wyoming. Memorials may be given to the Lingle Fire and Rescue or the Activities Department at the Goshen Care Center. Visitation will be Friday from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the funeral home. Arrangements are by the Colyer Funeral Home and condolences may be sent to www.colyerfuneralhome.com.
Lois was born September 15, 1937 in Torrington, the daughter of Jack and Jane (Thompson) Oliver. She grew up and received her education in Torrington graduating high school in 1955. She married Richard Hill on November 12, 1955 in Torrington. They farmed in the Lingle area until 1995 when they retired and moved into Lingle.
Lois enjoyed reading books, doing puzzles and socializing with friends at the café in Lingle.
Lois is survived by her husband Dick of Lingle; a daughter Brenda (Al) Unverzagt of Lingle; three sons Blaine (Vicki) Hill of Spring, Texas, Bruce (Jackie) Hill of Lingle and Brad (Jenny) Hill of Lingle; eight grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters Alice Jones and Doris Westfall.
