Feb. 9 – Feb. 15

Feb. 9 

12:02 p.m. – Civil problem on West C Street. Subject will not send RP’s tax info so she can file. RP said there is a restraining order against him. 

12:25 p.m. – Juvenile problem on West C Street. High school kids headed back to walking down the alley. Broke glass and left it. Elbowed a kid in the head. RP thinks they were smoking pot. 

1:20 p.m. – Assist the public on Road 43. RP would like a deputy to go talk with her ex-mother-in-law. There is an active restraining order stating that her mother is not allowed on property. She is breaking the order by feeding the goats on the property. 

8:19 p.m. – Assist the public on Road 41. RP states he got word that his sister was back with a person she has a restraining order against.

Feb. 10 

7:35 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances on West 26th Avenue. RP said neighbor taped a nasty note to his vehicle. 

10:42 a.m. – Scam call on East Valley Road. RP said he fell for a scam online threatening to release explicit information if he does not give them money. RP said he did send $400 through Cash App in bitcoin and now will not leave him alone.

 12:19 p.m. – Assist the public on US Highway 26-85. RP thinks there is a puppy mill south of Frontier Market. 

8:48 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances on Hopkins Street. RP states fire cracker hit his window. RP states he went outside and saw a black Chevy pickup leaving the area. RP went to get his keys out of his car and they were missing. 

Feb. 11 

5:16 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle on Little Moon Road. RP states there are people out there spotlighting on RP’s property. RP went to confront them then they followed her home. 

11:26 a.m. – Assault on Harris Ranch Road. Ex son in law and son came to RP’s house to get taxidermy work and turned violent. Subject’s friend grabbed RP’s 16-year-old grandson and held him up against the wall so that he could not leave. They have all left. 

1:47 p.m. – Civil problem on West B Street. RP advising that he has two adult children living at his house and are causing trouble. RP has asked them to leave, and they are refusing. 

3:42 p.m. – Larceny on West C Street. RP advising that subject allegedly stole an iPhone out of the locker room at the high school and the phone is pinging to his address. RP is requesting that deputies go to his address and see if he will willingly give the phone to them. 

Feb. 12 

12:00 a.m. – Civil problem on East B Street. RP advised he kicked his girlfriend out. She doesn’t want to leave and started getting a little physical. RP is sitting in his truck outside. 

2:45 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances on Main Street. RP would like to report a stolen dog. Black dog with white on his chest. Male, just a puppy. He is wearing an orange collar. They were parked right in front of GitFit and when RP came out of the bar the dog was gone. 

4:41 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances on Camino Del Ray. RP advising that she has had someone coming into her backyard. It has been going on for weeks now. Nothing has been taken and RP advising that someone has tried. To get into her window. RP advising that someone has tried to get into her window. RP advising that she has set traps and when she comes back the trap is different. 

7:10 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances on US Highway 26. RP advised that she got home, and someone is whistling at her from her fence line but there should not be anyone on her property. She cannot see them unless she walks closer and doesn’t want to.   

Feb. 13

1:23 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances on Road 47. RP advised that she had a son’s friend staying with them because he just got out of jail. RP advised that she found him in her 15-year-old daughter’s bed. They have kicked the subject out but want a deputy to come and talk to the daughter about how inappropriate that was. She just laughs at the RP when she tries to talk to her. 

1:26 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances on East F Street/East 27th Avenue. There is a man attacking a car. Black coat, blue jeans and a hat on. Walking on East 17th now and car has left. 

Feb. 14

12:29 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances on East F Street. RP advised that she heard her back door shaking and then the knob started shaking. RP did not see anyone around. It happened about five minutes ago. 

6:46 a.m. – Civil problem on East I Street. Male and RP have child exchange. He wanted to pick up child early. RP said he has been verbally abusive and telling her to shut the F up and while the 5-year-old child is listening. 

10:54 a.m. – Assist the public on East 27th Avenue. RP said someone threw a trampoline on his property. RP wants officer to find out who did it and have them remove it. 

Feb. 15 

9:31 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances on Block Road 47. Male laying in the pasture. West side of the road. RP stopped and asked if he was okay. The man said he was and laid back down.
