TORRINGTON – District Court Judge Dawnessa Snyder announced today, Feb. 10, in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Goshen County that she would not be honoring the terms of the plea agreement in the matter of the State of Wyoming versus Gregory Knudsen.
Snyder offered Knudsen a final opportunity to withdraw his pleas. Knudsen briefly conferred with his attorney, P. Craig Silva, before Silva told the court Knudsen would be withdrawing his pleas.
Snyder told the court she would be issuing a scheduling order to address further appearances and would be working on setting the matter for a future trial. In addition, Snyder said the case would proceed under the original Information filed in the court, and Knudsen’s bond would continue as it stands.
