DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT'S ESTATE
That Kenneth McDowell died on the 12th day of March, 1994, in Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming, leaving Thomas A. McDowell, as his sole beneficiary to the property described herein.
That Thomas A. McDowell, the above named beneficiary, on the 10th day of April, 2017, filed in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, State of Wyoming, his Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to W.S. §2-1-205(LexisNexis 2015), praying that the Court adjudge the one-half (1/2) interest in the following described real property located in Goshen County, Wyoming be distributed to him as follows:
TOWNSHIP 23 NORTH, RANGE 62 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., GOSHEN
COUNTY, WYOMING
Section 25: S½SW¼SE¼
(Subject to all liens and encumbrances)
That the said Application has been set down for a hearing before the Court at the District Courtroom, Goshen County Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming, at 8:30 o=clock a.m., on the 15th day of May, 2017.
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter into Decree of Distribution setting over the above described real property as set forth above.
