Jaclyn Chapman (center) was the winner of the 2018 Home for the Holiday’s essay contest.
She chose to bring home her sister, Kaylea Syverson. The Torrington Telegram, along with major sponsors Banner Health and Eastern Wyoming College, awarded Kaylea $300 in Telegram bucks presented by Publisher Rob Mortimore, left to use in Goshen County. Other sponsors included Pinnacle Bank, Transwest Ford, Goshen County Economic Development and the Goshen County Chamber.
