CHEYENNE – The National Weather Service in Cheyenne is predicting widespread strong winds possible across southeast Wyoming and the southern Nebraska Panhandle from Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday evening. A high wind watch will be in effect from late Tuesday night through Wednesday afternoon.
