TORRINGTON – Glenn W. Bugher, 83, died Thursday, Sept. 16, 2021, at Davis Hospice Center in Cheyenne. Glenn was born and raised in Torrington. Private services will be held at a later date. Isaiah 40-31 “…but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary; they will walk and not be faint.” Colyer Funeral Home assisted the family.
