Notice is hereby given for the application of Paul Kistler as provided under Section, 18 Zoning Regulations for the City of Torrington.  Applicant is submitting an application for; Front Yard Setback Variance from the required 30’ to 25’ and a Side yard Setback from the required 6’ to 2’ for the addition of an attached garage.
Proposed Zone District currently is:  R-2 Residential
Proposed Zone District is: Same

Legal Description: Lot 22, Blk 2, Halco 3rd Addition  
Property Address: 3765 Campbell.   
The PLANNING COMMISSION will discuss this matter on 03-14-2017, @ 6:00 P.M., local time. The Commission meeting will be held in the Council Chambers, Torrington City Hall, Torrington, Wyoming.
A hearing of the BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS will be held on 03-21-2017 @ 7:00 P.M., local time. The hearing will be held in the Council Chambers, Torrington City Hall, Torrington, Wyoming.
