For the Blazers in 3A East, Bryan Lemmon was not only named all-conference but he was named co-offensive player of the year. Jake Wamboldt was also named the 3A East lineman of the year. Torrington coach Mark Lenhardt was named coach of the year for the conference.

On defense, Wamboldt and Josh Kingsley were among the defensive linemen recognized. In the secondary, Bo Moorehouse and Cade Schwartzkopf earned all-conference honors. Josh Posten was also an at-large all-conference honoree.

Five seniors were recognized for the Cyclones. Chase Lovercheck was the top rusher for Southeast and spent time in the secondary, while Brady Fullmer was the signal caller. Sterling Werner spent time on both sides of the ball for the Cyclones as tight end and defensive end. Tanner Hort and Hunter Woodruff spent their senior campaigns in the trenches, putting together solid enough seasons to earn the all-conference distinction.
