GOSHEN COUNTY – Goshen County saw its first snow on Thursday, Nov. 3. According to Weather Underground, Torrington received 0.24 inches of precipitation from Nov. 3-4. Cheyenne received slightly less precipitation at 0.18 inches. The next forecasted snowfall is slated for Wednesday night into Thursday.
