TORRINGTON – The Torrington Elk’s Little Britches Rodeo returns to the Goshen County Fairgrounds March 30-31.
The Little Britches Rodeo is one of the oldest continuing junior rodeos in the nation.
The 2019 edition will be the 10th annual rodeo and has grown to be one of the largest events in the nation with contestants from 15 states scheduled to attend, ranging from ages 5-18 years old.
The rodeo will feature 33 events spanned over five divisions. Events include barrel racing, breakaway roping, flag racing, team roping, steer wrestling, bareback riding, pole bending, goat tying, trail course, ribbon roping, tie-down roping, bull riding, bareback and saddle bronc steer riding and saddle bronc riding.
Events are scheduled to begin at 8 a.m.
