District announces Summer Food Program

TORRINGTON – Goshen County School District No. 1 has announced plans for the annual Summer Food Program, set to begin June 1.
Meals and snacks will be available to children aged 18 and younger at two locations in the
community.
Breakfast service will be available Monday through Friday, 7 to 8:30 a.m., June 5 to June 29, at Lincoln Elementary School, 1402 East P Street, and at Torrington High School, 2300 West C St., from 7:15 to 8:15 a.m., June 1 to

June 29.
Lunch will be served at Lincoln Elementary from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday through Friday, June 5 through July 26, and at the high school from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., June 1 to June 29
A mid-afternoon snack will be served at the elementary school from 3 to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, from July 5 through July 26.
There will be no meal service available on Friday, June 30, Monday, July 3, or Tuesday, July 4.
