GOSHEN COUNTY – The Goshen County Attorney’s Office has requested an investigation into the records of the Eighth Judicial District Court Clerk, which was Kathi Rickard before she resigned earlier this month.
According to a press release from deputy attorney Ryan Wright, the investigation was launched in January by the State of Wyoming. As the matter is under investigation, the office declined any further comment.
The district court clerk’s office confirmed that Rickard had resigned last week.
The Torrington Telegramhas reached out to Rickard for comment. This article will be updated if she comments on the proceedings.
Rickard ran unopposed on the 2018 general election.
