District Judge Patrick Korell administered the Oaths of Office to new and returning county officials during a special ceremony Wednesday in the District Court at the Goshen County Courthouse in Torrington. Korell recognized the "special honor" he felt being able to administer the oaths and thanked them for their service to residents of the county. "We're all in this together," Korell said.
