Torrington EMS recently hosted a Christmas dinner and party for City of Torrington employees. During the dinner and party, city employees donated money to a 50/50 raffle to benefit local community service organization WYO HELP. Martin assured Odermann, Castellaw and Adams the money would be put to good use for the community.
