TORRINGTON – Charles Roger Harvey, 71, died November 3, 2021 in Torrington. He is survived by his wife Vicki; daughters Morgan Bach; Alexandra Hansen; stepson Wesley Salgardo (Margarita); two grandchildren, a dog “Precious”, and many friends.
