FORT LARAMIE – Brett and Kelli Hageman of Fort Laramie announce the birth of a daughter, Charlee Ellen, born at 12:32 a.m. on Sept. 17, 2017, at Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff, Neb.
Charlee weighed seven pounds, three ounces at birth.
Grandparents are Wayne and Holli Jones of Buffalo and Hugh and Lee Hageman of Fort Laramie.
