CASPER – The Southeast Lady Cyclones knocked off the Niobrara County Lady Tigers 36-35. They will face Wyoming Indian tomorrow afternoon at 3:30 p.m. at the Casper Events Center for the Class 2A State Championship.
Both Lingle-Fort Laramie Dogger teams were also in action today in Casper.
The boys fell to Kaycee 62-49, while the girls also fell to Kaycee 46-44 on a last-second shot.
The losses brought a close to the L-FL seasons.
In 3A East Regional action, the Torrington Blazers fell to Buffalo 60-36 and will play for their state tournament lives tomorrow at 11:30 a.m. against Douglas.
Meanwhile, the Lady Blazers defeated Thermopolis 47-43. The THS girls will face Wheatland with a trip to Casper on the line at 8:30 a.m.
