Business receives funds to build county’s web presence

TORRINGTONOrbis Advantage Inc. was awarded funds from the Goshen Economic Development Progress Program through its 1/4 cent sales tax fund for economic development. The funds will help Orbis Advantage to grow its organizational and leadership development programs. 

According to Orbis Advantage’s website, its mission is to “guide growing businesses, corporate and nonprofit leaders, and the future workforce to translate vision into reality through developing growth strategies and influencing public policy.”

The funds were awarded to Orbis Advantage in order to grow the E-commerce and web presence for Goshen County businesses by providing online materials such as webinars, online classes, and other digital materials. Businesses can access the tools on the Orbis website from behind a paywall.
