TORRINGTON – Barbara Gail Kuxhausen, 80, of Buna, Texas, died Friday, Dec. 16, 2022. She was born on Aug. 16, 1942, in Torrington, to Helen Francis Leavitt and Robert Perry Robbins.
Survivors include her husband, Roger Kuxhausen, of Buna; daughter, Joanna Erwin and her husband, Eric, of Little Elm, Texas, and Nancy Dyson and her husband, Steve, of Buna, Texas; grandsons; Justin Hatcher and his wife, Hayley, of Lumberton, Texas; Jared Hatcher of Buna, Texas, and Wesley Erwin of Little Elm, Texas; granddaughters, Bailey Hatcher of Lumberton, Texas; and Ashleigh Erwin of Little Elm, Texas; siblings, Raymond Robbins, Ernest Robbins, Robert Robbins and Jeanine Laird.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
A gathering of Mrs. Kuxhausen’s family and friends will be from 5-8 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 22, 2022, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee. Her funeral service will be on Thursday, Dec. 29, 2022, at Colyer Funeral Home, 2935 Main Street in Torrington.
