Bailey was born March 11, 1998, in Laramie, to Laticia (Jamie) Gibb and Gregory (Susan) Williams. She was a strong, brave and sassy young woman who was awesome at life. She was close to her family but had an especially close bond with her older brother, Nick, who was her best friend. Bailey loved her dogs Tucker and Maggie, shopping and traveling.

She traveled to Jamaica, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico and all over the United States. During her final months, her friends helped her to complete her bucket list. Bailey traveled to San Diego to see the ocean and went to Las Vegas, where she got to meet Celine Dion, which she described as the “best day of her life”.

Bailey will be deeply missed by her parents, siblings Nicholas Williams, Ashlee Rooks, Charley Gibb, Dalton Gibb and Cayley Gibb, grandparents John and Sharon Anderson, John and Peggy Gibb, and Bill and Bonnie Kruse.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother Barbara Williams, great-grandparents Dorman and Ellen Ewing, great-grandmother Velma Ahlberg, great-grandfather Conrad Anderson and great-grandparents Bill and Wanda Williams.
