LARAMIE – Three Goshen County students received degrees from the University of Wyoming during Fall Commencement exercises in December.
Raymond J. Dewitt of Torrington received his doctoral degree in education. Lingle residents Ian H. Duncan earn a Bachelor of Science degree and Angela Mary Ochsner received her Master of Science degree during the ceremonies, held on the campus in Laramie on Dec. 16.
