BENTONVILLE, Ark. – Alice Brown, 81 of Bella Vista, Ark., passed away August 28, 2019 at
Northwest Hospital in Bentonville. Alice was born August 10, 1938 in Torrington, the daughter of Earl and Britta (Snider) Brown.
Her life was filled with deep love for her family. She was a devoted mother and loving sister. She will always be remembered for her generous spirit, love, positive attitude and kindness. She loved celebrating the holidays, especially Christmas. She enjoyed her home and decorating for all occasions. Her home was a safe forest haven for animals, and she enjoyed watching and caring for them. She worked as a nursing assistant taking care and giving love to her patients.
She is survived by her two daughters, Brenda Jo McCoy of Bella Vista and Lena Kay McCoy of Bentonville, her sister, Sharon and brother-in-law John of Colorado and sisters Isabell Hill of Lingle and Dorothy Eisenach of Cheyenne.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Max McCoy Jr. and Keith McCoy, brothers Eddie, LeRoy, Larry, and David, sisters Betty Nickelson Trupp, Donna Cooper Michael and Lois Caldwell.
Memorial Services will be held Friday, August 30, 2019 at 10 a.m. at Bella Vista Funeral Home and Crematory, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista, Arkansas. Burial will be at the Bella Vista Memorial Garden Cemetery. On-line condolences may be made at www.funeralmation.com.
