We at the Telegram would like to take a moment to inform you of what is going on in our office and express our sincerest apologies for last week’s late deliveries. This was not what we were hoping for and we are doing everything we can to overcome the obstacles we are facing.
The Telegram office began its printing services utilizing a full-size, multiple unit printing press a couple of weeks ago.
The press is comprised of several independent machines that work together as a unified apparatus. The complicated machine is hand-adjusted by our pressmen to produce an exacting print job, thus creating the best newspaper we can.
The setbacks last week with mechanical issues and logistical issues caused us to be late getting the papers to the United States Postal Service in time to have the newspapers delivered on time.
Please be patient with us while we work through these minor glitches as we are doing everything in our power to ensure our community’s news is delivered to you on time.
The Telegram website, torringtontelegram.com, has many of our stories online and subscribers can view the e-edition, a completely digital replica of the print newspaper. You can view both the latest news and archives of stories and complete newspapers from years past.
If you are not a subscriber, give us a call at 307-532-2184. We offer print and digital subscriptions, as well as an all-access subscription with both print and digital. We also offer different terms for our newspaper, ranging from four weeks to one year.
